Hi, I have been Buying Gemstone since 2016. I buy it mainly due to astrological purpose. So I have bought many Gemstone from them. Even though they are premium in price but the quality and Authenticity is very much important which Ninegmes genuinely have it. You cant find a professionally managed Gemstone store elsewhere as the gem market is so much filled with fake/heat treated/defective gems. As due to astrological purpose I had to really narrow down to high quality stones. Note that they have done Education in Gemology so they are very professional about it. And they just focus on Main nine gems and dont sell any Semi-precious stones. Also I had bought Blue sapphire and then after 4 years had returned it and as per their buyback they gave 70% money back as guranteed. I Purchased a blue sapphire and the owner helped me in selecting a good one..the lifetime buy back offer is pretty decent which raises some confidence within the buyers..waiting for the stone to show some positive signs,,Hope for the best..strongly recommend this shop..very decent staff..The only thing which i feel should have been mentioned on the box is the actual Origin of the stone for example i have purchased the Blue sapphire which they have said is from Ceylon and not a from Bangkok...so Ceylon should be mentioned on the Box somewhere as the actual origin place of the stone which would further raise some credibility within the buyers ~ Raj P
